General Information

PURCHASE ORDER – Please note that all orders should be in writing; We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information supplied. Any changes made from previous orders should be specified as changed. All items are produced as standard (per catalog) unless otherwise specified and agreed.

QUANTITY – We try our utmost to ship exact quantity ordered. However, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP AND BILL UP TO 10% OVER. In cases where no overs are to be shipped, customer must include the words “No Overs” on the purchase order.We then reserve the right to possibly undership. If “No Unders” are specified a surcharge of 5% will be added. Please note our minimum quantities. Less than minimum quantities are available on some items.

COPY – For your order, please, specify length and width. If exact specifications, logos, or special typestyles are required, art must be supplied. If additional work is required, both manufacturer and customer shall consent (in writing). A copy will be forwarded to customer for approval.

PROOFS – WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH PAPER PROOFS VIA EMAIL. PRICE IS $19.00(U). WE RECOMMEND THAT A PROOF BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL ON ALL NEW ORDERS AND REPEAT ORDERS WITH CHANGES. PREPRODUCTION PROOFS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE. CALL FACTORY FOR PRICING.

PROOF APPROVAL – When proof is approved and returned to us it is entered into production accordingly. Please check proofs carefully as the proof becomes the production copy. Errors that are not marked on the proof are your responsibility.

PRODUCTION TIME – Standard production time is 3-4 weeks, for “production ready” orders, once the proof is approved. Changes to proofs will delay production (until all changes are approved). If order is rush, please specify. We will do our utmost to meet your delivery date, at minimal or in many instances, at no additional cost. During the months of October – December we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. Production time is 4-5 weeks. However, every effort will be made to meet your requests. It is advisable to send in your orders before September.

IMPRINTING – HOT STAMPING ON CALENDARS & DESK ACCESSORIES. Prices include one standard imprint area with straight line copy. Set up charge is $50(T) for standard imprint area up to 9” x 2” and $60(T) for 16” x 2”. Extra charges for additional imprints, add $25(T) set up charge plus .40(T) running charge.

IMPRINT COLOR – When there are no other instructions, black ink will be used. On hot stamped items, colors available are gold, silver, white, red, blue, and black (gold recommended). Other colors are available as special. On calendars and boards, standard colors are red, reflex blue, process blue, black, green, and maroon. PMS colors are available at $40.00(U). MATERIAL COLORS – Leatherette materials are available in Red, Navy, Blue, Black, Maroon, Brown, Walnut, Green, Purple and Ivory. Other colors available as a special order.

CORNERS – All standard calendars come with two vinyl corners available in a variety of colors: Black, Royal Blue, Navy, Green, Maroon, Burgundy, Red and Clear. When color is not specified, Black, or the color that will enhance your calendar best, according to our judgment will be used. If you want us to supply you with leatherette corners, you must specify “leatherette corners.” An additional charge will be incurred.

SETUP – Plate charges are $48.00 (U) per color. Die charges for hot stamping are $66.00 (C). Screen charges are $100.00 (U) per color. Phantom imprints are available. Production sample also available QUR.

SHIPPING – All prices are F.O.B. factory, Brooklyn, N.Y. Orders are shipped prepaid to arrive with the quickest time at least cost of shipping. Shipping instructions on your purchase order will be followed. When shipping on pallets, dock deliveries only. If inside delivery is needed, you must specify. Charges are significantly higher. Drop shipments are $7.00(NET) per location. Air Shipments are totally THE customers responsibility. S&H – $7.00 each via UPS, $8.00 via FedEx

ORDER CANCELLATION – All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled. Cancellations are allowed only if merchandise has not been already produced or imprinted. Customer is responsible for any charges incurred up until that point.

SPECIAL PACKAGING – Shrink wrapping available; individual mailers or poly bags also available. Call for quotes on any of your other specifications on packaging.

CONDITION OF SALE – All orders are subject to our approval and are not binding. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. We shall not be liable for inability to ship any order due to material shortage, beyond our control. We also reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality for all items in this catalogue.

RECYCLED PAPER – Most of our products are manufactured on recycled paper and materials, with a minimum of consumer waste, keeping in mind the importance of valuing and conserving the “earth’s” resources for the future.
